libccp4c0-dbg software package provides CCP4 core functionality - debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccp4c0-dbg
libccp4c0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libccp4c0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libccp4c0-dbg *
You will get with libccp4c0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
